Welcome to K2 Boxing & Jiu Jitsu’s Teen Boxing program!

Our program is specifically designed for kids aged 12-17 who are interested in learning the art of boxing in a safe and supportive environment. We cater to all levels of experience, whether your child is a beginner or an experienced boxer, and our experienced coaches will meet them where they’re at and help them reach their full potential.

Jiu Jitsu
Our Brazilian Jiu Jitsu program is designed for individuals of all levels, ages 13 and up.

At K2 Jiu Jitsu, we take a performance-based approach to BJJ, which means we emphasize the art of self-defense as well as the sport. K2 offers several Adult Jiu Jitsu Classes:

  • Adults Gi
  • Adults No-Gi
  • Women’s Only Jiu-Jitsu
K2 Boxing & Jiu Jitsu Little Monkey Jiu Jitsu
Our Little Monkey Jiu Jitsu program, designed for children ages 7-12.

Our program focuses on teaching the fundamentals of both Brazilian Jiu Jitsu and Boxing, providing a well-rounded approach to self-defense. Brazilian Jiu Jitsu is often referred to as the “gentle art” and at its core, it’s the art of self-defense.

K2’s Muay Thai classes for adults aged 18 and up!

Our training is designed for all levels of experience, whether you’re a beginner just starting out, someone who wants to learn the art of Muay Thai, or someone who wants to compete in the ring. K2 Boxing & Jiu Jitsu Kettlebell Training & Fitness
The K2 Kettlebell Club (KBC) is the perfect complement to our other training programs.

Kettlebells are a traditional Russian training tool that are often described as the martial arts of weightlifting. These unique tools have been used since the turn of the 20th century to develop full body conditioning and high levels of fitness.

At our gym, we recognize the benefits of kettlebell training, which include improved strength, increased work capacity, enhanced athleticism, weight loss, injury prevention, mental toughness, lean and functional muscle mass, strengthening the entire posterior chain, core strength, and sport and martial arts applications.
